Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all U.S. states and territories using standard carriers. Typical delivery times range from 3–7 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days after shipment.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not controlled by FlipCubes and are non-refundable.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Delays and Lost Packages
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. FlipCubes is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, please contact the carrier directly first. If you need assistance, contact us at flipcubes@gmail.com.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or free reshipment.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at flipcubes@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and determine a resolution.
